Welcome to my blog. Here you will find all of the areas to be viewed on the right hand side, including Planning, Construction and Final Products, as well as my Evaluation. My home page contains my diary entries/filming log - throughout this academic year. I worked independently of others, which although time consuming, taught me so much more. I am very proud of my work this year, particularly my trailer and feel my skills have developed massively from last year's AS level Media Studies. In addition, I think that I have learnt new skills and theories. I have picked up new techniques quickly and used as much media as I can lay my hands on. I was lucky enough to meet William Gallagher a British writer famous for his work on Doctor Who and the Head of the Royal Television Society. Both were impressed with my work and have asked me to send my completed production to them. Mr Gallagher said 'Your work has great potential and is deeply creative' and both have urged me to enter it into Royal Television Student Awards 2017.

I made the adjustments to my trailer, based on my feedback from the previous draft. I then re-posted it to YouTube, asking for my focus group for more feedback - this was all positive, therefore my trailer was finalised.
I feel a great sense of pride about my work and couldn't image the amount I have learnt over the year.
